We help organizations design, launch and deliver truly end-to-end agile transformations using a unique integral approach that creates synergy and drives success.
We recognise that every engagement has its nuances and the success of each is dependent upon being adaptable and co-creating a sustainable journey. Nevertheless, experience has taught us that organizational transformations typically pass through four phases.
The first starts with the ‘departing’ phase in which we conceive and define the scope of the transformation. This is followed by the ‘doing’ phase in which we support teams to adopt the basic ideas, practices requisite mindset. In the third phase, ‘becoming’, we support the transition of mastery to the squads and individuals. Finally, in the ‘being’ phase we support embodiment of resilience and a continuous improvement culture before we depart.
The core component of our approach is using the ‘Integral Agility Quadrants’ model. By continuously referring to the Quadrants we help you keep abreast of the most pressing aspects of any given situation during a transformation. They capture reality in a way that you can absorb with actionable insights.
The four quadrants represent an incredible summary of human knowledge. When you apply this lens to agile you can swiftly identify the key areas for development in yourself, your teams, and the organisations you work for.
We tailor the transformation roadmap to your organizational needs and opportunities.
We built an Agile Center of Excellence to support you in reaching sustainability.
An Agile Transformation creates the following benefits for your organization:
Excelerated Value Delivery and Business Outcomes
Improved Customer Experience
Increased Employee Engagement
An Agile Transformation offers a platform to evolve the maturity of your organization in many levels. The typical outcomes of a transformation are accerlated value delivery, improved customer experience, increased employee engagement, and maximeses business outcomes.
During an Agile Transformation you will need to review and improve your organizational design, the organizational culture, the ways of working, and the practices and tooling that are used. To lead all this change, you will need to set up an Agile Transformation team and establish the role of Agile Coaching in your organization. This helps to sustain the new practices and way of working in the long-run.
Firstly, a transformation is started without a clear purpose of why is that transformation needed. Secondly, issue is to start without a clear alignment acorss the Leadership Team, which creates confusion. Third, is not to have a clear committment to invest into the Transformation for at least three years. Fourth, Is to have a poor selection process, when building a team of Agile Coaches to faciliate the transformation.
