With Tesco Mobile, we designed and deployed a full-scale Agile Transformation to support their business, execute and deliver their new strategy. This included Executive Leadership Coaching, Agile Trainings, organizational redesign, and more.

Our Role in the Project

We provided powerful enterprise Agility Coaching for executives, starting with our integral approach and adapting it to the specific sector and challenges. For the broader organization, we developed and delivered tailored agile training programs for individuals in different departments and roles. Additionally, we assisted in forming a team of internal coaches and coached them to enable them to continue supporting the transformation process and embodying Agile Competences. As a result, we ensured a sustainable pathway and effectiveness once our engagement ended. Our coaching approach was based on Integral Theory, covering the four quadrants to guide the transformation.
