After initially working with ING to establish an Agile Centre of Excellence (CoE), we advised on the strategic direction of the transformation and established a comprehensive leadership program to develop talent across the leadership population of ING.

The Challenge of Project

The complex setup of a cross-country organization and the multicultural dynamics of the project were the key challenges for this project. We supported the organization and a large group of Agile Coaches in setting up and deploying a full-scale Agile transformation. This transformation impacted over 2500+ people in both business and IT.

Our Contribution to the Project

At the end of our intervention, we have coached and supported over 30+ Leaders in their journey to understand and practice Agile Leadership Skills. We also coached several Senior Leadership Teams with a unique methodology defined to enhance leadership skills at the team level in the context of an Agile Transformation.
